MULTIVERSE is a hypnotic full-body virtual reality experience that, through virtual reality goggles; bone conduction backpack; synchronized breathing and an immersive soundtrack; takes the user on an 8-minute multisensory journey. A short and intense individual journey that invites us to relax and let our imagination run wild.
On the virtual stage there is a black background and cloud-like shapes. The breath itself takes on the shape of a human body, constantly dancing and transforming. A soft voice accompanies us through this new reality. MULTIVERSE is a hypnotic virtual reality proposal that combines interactive visual elements in the form of a cloud, virtual dance, vibrating body suits, synchronized breathing and an immersive soundtrack. All to make us enjoy this multisensory experience to the fullest.
BACKGROUND
Humanhood is a dance company founded in 2014 by Rudi Cole and Júlia Robert Parés. Based between Birmingham and Barcelona, Humanhood has rapidly grown to become a national and international company, recognized for a choreographic language of exquisite fluidity and powerful rhythm. It has performed at festivals and stages around the world, such as Sadler’s Wells (London), Venice Biennale, Festival Grec, SIDance (Seoul), CINARS (Montreal), Birmingham Hippodrome and Mercat de les Flors.
