City council of Terrassa guarantees the right to the protection of personal data provided through this application in the terms established by Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and digital guarantees and by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, implementing the necessary security measures appropriate to the type of personal data.

The data required will be strictly necessary, appropriate and relevant for the purpose for which they are collected and will be subject to automated processing.

On each page that contains forms that collect personal data, you will be expressly informed of:

• The existence of a processing of personal data.
• The identity and contact details of the person responsible for the processing.
• The contact details of the data protection officer.
• The purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended and the legal basis for the processing.
• The categories of recipients of the personal data.
• The period during which the personal data will be kept.
• The existence of the right to request from the controller access to the personal data relating to the interested party, and their rectification, deletion, opposition or limitation of their processing.
• The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, if the communication of personal data is a legal or contractual requirement.
• The existence of automated decisions including the development of profiles.
